Besides providing links to interesting stories and the requisite retweeting of other twitterers, we've also been known to use @FieldAssignment to throw out the occasional #ag trivia question.

The one currently on the table: What makes milk white?

To be honest, I don't know the answer myself, but I'm hoping whichever of my co-workers posted it on twitter does. We'll just have to wait till tomorrow to find out.
