I'm glad you posted dollar amounts, not calorie counts. However, curiosity got the best of me. According to the Los Angeles Times, the 2010 Super Bowl was the most-watched show ever with a record 106.5 million viewers. Say each person consumed one 8 fl oz non-diet soft drink, a 1 oz bag of potato chips and one 1/4 lb cheeseburger. That's approximately 68.65 billion calories. Of course, that doesn't include the nachos drenched in cheese, second helpings, etc., etc., etc.
