We've done it again. Yes, just today Antigo's very own SarVecchio Parmesan won the U.S. Championship Cheese Contest. It had "sweet, caramel and nutty notes" according to Mark Johnson, Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research, and beat a field of 1,360 competitors.The event was held at Lambeau field (a no-brainer) where Green Bay Packers linebacker Nick Barnett remarked: "Tastes like cheese.
